Neil says “All functions are different and they each require tailoring to individual needs, for example the protocol for a large Awards dinner hosted by young professionals in London’s West End, will vary immensely from say a formal banquet staged by a Livery Company in the City of London. Similarly, a diplomatic reception held in an Embassy will require a totally different approach to a Charity ball where the emphasis is on fund raising”.
